BODY AS TEMPLE

A Monthly Embodiment Membership for Women

A living space for women returning home to their body

There comes a moment in a women’s life when a she realizes her body is not something to fix, but rather something to listen to.

She may have spent years living from her head.

Analyzing the data of her symptoms.

Intellectualizing her trauma.

Suppressing her feminine ways.

Hiding her hunger.

Altering her hormones.

Diminishing her beauty.

Abandoning her desire.

And now she hears the call.

The call to no longer override her body’s callings, symptoms, or cries for help.

To no longer live disconnected from her breath, her feelings, her intuition, her sensuality, and her innate aliveness.

Body as Temple was created for the woman ready to be in relationship with her body

This for the woman who:

• feels disconnected from her body or emotions
• longs to feel more grounded, alive, sensual, and present
• is healing chronic stress, over-functioning, or survival mode
• desires deeper connection to her feminine body and intuition
• craves authentic community and loving witness
• is ready to stop performing healing and begin embodying it

Each month we explore:

• embodiment practices
• nervous system healing
• feminine spirituality
• emotional integration
• cyclical living
• body trust
• sensual aliveness
• boundaries + truth
• healing survival patterns
• reconnecting to intuition
• coming home to yourself

FAQs

  • Each month, we gather together live on Zoom on the second Wednesday of the month at 6pm ET.

This 60-minute experience is a guided somatic embodiment journey—blending conscious breathwork, nervous system support, feminine body literacy, gentle movement, meditation, and body-based practices designed to help you deepen your connection to yourself and your body.

Together, we create space for honest reflection, meaningful conversation, community support, and the experience of being lovingly witnessed as we walk the path of embodied womanhood side by side.

  • No worries. Somatic journeys are recorded. You’ll have access to the recordings for 30 days.

  • Not at all. This space is open to both beginners and women already familiar with embodiment or healing work. You are invited to move at your own pace and honor your body throughout every experience.

  • No. This membership is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis support. While deeply healing and supportive, these experiences are educational and experiential in nature.

  • Yes. This is a month-to-month membership and you may cancel anytime.

  • Joining something like this can feel vulnerable. I understand.

So many women have spent years disconnected from themselves while simultaneously longing for deeper connection, softer living, authentic community, and a more embodied way of being.

Often the fear is not because something is wrong.
But because being truly seen, truly felt, and truly connected asks something of us.

    It asks us to soften.
    To listen.
To slow down enough to hear the body again.

This is not a space centered around self-improvement, performance, or becoming someone else.

It is a space devoted to remembrance.

    A return to the body.
    A return to softness.
    A return to truth.
A return to the sacredness of being fully alive.

Here, you do not need to arrive perfectly healed, deeply spiritual, or already embodied.

You simply need a willingness to begin listening.
